TRABALHO DOCENTE COM VIDEOAULAS EM EaD: DIFICULDADES DE PROFESSORES E DESAFIOS PARA A FORMAÇÃO E A PROFISSÃO DOCENTE

RESUMO: O artigo aborda os impactos das tecnologias digitais no trabalho docente e na relação com a ideia de docência como profissão considerando videoaula principal recurso educacional da EaD ensino remoto. objetivo é analisar teses dissertações brasileiras que abordam questões, problemas dificuldades enfrentados por professores processo produção videoaulas para EaD. Uma revisão BR-CAPES-BTD resultou em 11 mostram distanciamentos entre formação realidade As precariedades envolvem aspectos linguagens (audiovisual do professor - expressividade) socialização docente. Delas decorrem efeitos prejudicantes nas dimensões: pessoalidade (sentimentos negativos, desconfortos, sofrimentos mal-estar); desenvolvimento profissional impacto social (qualidade ensino). Em tempos educação digital, uma prática constituinte requer ser analisada compreendida. mostra faceta dessa tensiona profissionalização traz novos desafios professores.
